Start Using the Incubator Kitchen

Follow and complete the steps on The Starting Block Application Guide

The Steps include:

1. Completed label. See MDA Food Labeling Guide

2. Food and Equipment Safety and Sanitation Introduction at The Starting Block.

• Fill out Starting Block Orientation Packet

• Meet with Kitchen Manager

3. Obtain a Michigan Department of Agriculture Food Establishment License.

4. Complete FDA Registration of Food Facilities

5. Obtain proof of insurance.

6. Key deposit of $10 per key.

7. Schedule time to use the kitchen!
